Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

Orders placed Monday – Friday (except Holidays), before 1:00 p.m. MT will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship Saturday or Sunday. Shipping charges are based on weight and destination. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped (valid email address required for this service). Tracking information will be included in this shipping confirmation. We offer several shipping options for your convenience:

USPS Priority Mail – Usually delivers in 2-3 days.

USPS Express Mail – Overnight to most U.S. locations. Please call customer service (650-823-0035) to see if your ship to address is available for Express Mail.

UPS Ground – Delivers in 1-5 business days within all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

UPS 3 Day Select- Delivers in 3 business days within all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

Returns

Kreative Baking believes you should be 100% pleased with the products you purchase from us. If any product fails to meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Sorry we cannot accept returns of edible food products due to safety reasons. While we take all necessary precautions when packaging decorative sugar/icing products, and due to their delicate nature, some breakage may occur. Please allow for this when ordering the quantity needed.

Credits will be issued once the product has been received by us and the credit will be issued in the same form as payment was received. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund on shipping charges.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, or to enforce our site policies.
